I spent 10 days working with Vassil via email to nail down my purchase because I live 2.5 hours away. When we finally reached a price with the components I wanted, I made an appointment and I made the d down my purchase because I live 2.5 hours away. When we finally reached a price with the components I wanted, I made an appointment and I made the drive. I arrived an hour early for my appointment, and Vassil was accommodating. The first issue was that he only half remembered what we talked about. Next, the added accessory that we discussed thoroughly was not available to order, and therefore I couldn’t have it unless we did aftermarket, and even then it wasn’t the same. Then we went through, “ how about a different color? How about a different trim level?, this is the only one we have…”. Then, out of nowhere, he found another truck that is almost right, but not quite. At this point I had been at the dealership for 4 hours. Another 1/2 hour of numbers, then an agreement, and then another 1.5 hrs of waiting and financing. I left at 7:30pm. I arrived at 1pm, and left at 7:30pm. 6.5 hours to purchase a vehicle that was pre arranged, and I left with a different vehicle, not completely what I wanted, and then I embark on a 2.5 hr dive home in what might have been the worst snowstorm of the winter. The 2.5 hr drive ended up being a 4 hr drive, that could have been avoided if I had left 3 hours earlier. Finance guy was very nice, and he worked as quickly as he could. The truck is as it should be, minus the features I truly wanted. This process could have been much, much smoother. It was extremely aggravating, and my time was wasted. 10 days of negotiating, wasted. 6 hrs of sitting in a dealership, wasted. My frustration remains very high, almost a week later. More

Found out they offer a free car inspection. I just bought a used Solara and had them check it out to my surprise this car was in great shape.
