I hate to do this one star but this dealership earned it. They advertise they can buy your car and give you a check same day. Well if you trade in a car it now seems to take a month for them to issue a check They advertise they can buy your car and give you a check same day. Well if you trade in a car it now seems to take a month for them to issue a check for the equity on a car that was completely paid off with title in hand upon the deal being completed. I had to call multiple times asking for my money since they took my car and both sets of keys. That was the first issue. Second issue as we all know the finance department is going to push you to purchase all the extra. Don’t get me wrong, that is a choice to take or not and I am one who does purchase extended warranty for my cars. With that being said the car I traded in they were able to cancel that right in front of me and Toyota sent me a check a week later it was in hand. Now AutoNation sells their own that I can only imagine pays them more money to sell since it was 3 time more than Toyota’s. Just so you know, you can purchase Toyota warranty from another Toyota dealer and it was literally $3000 less than AutoNations warranty. So I canceled AutoNations warranty three weeks after the deal was done with a 100% refund of full price. Since it was not Toyota’s warranty it took them 2 months with many phone calls every week till they gave me the direct phone number to their warranty company. I only sat on hold for more than two hours the first time I called and never spoke to anyone. Then I left a message the next time I called and that seemed to get the job done. My third issue is with the salesman. When we finished all the paperwork he was to busy with other customers to even go over the car with us. He handed the key to the new car over and continued to work with his new customers. Would I recommend this dealership no. Unfortunately they happen to have the exact vehicle I had been looking for so I moved forward with the deal. Don’t think I will return after how this deal all turned out. More
