Great experience at AutoNation Toyota with @David Hantman and @Kass Arriaga a few weeks ago, and since! David casually greeted me when I wandered in and seemed like he was just there to help me, turned out and @Kass Arriaga a few weeks ago, and since! David casually greeted me when I wandered in and seemed like he was just there to help me, turned out he was the right guy to talk to. David was very thoughtful and knowledgeable in our discussions. He was at ease enough to allow me time to take in and process information, and gave me good input, also - felt like talking to a friend. I had come in to look at the new Camry again, but David also explained the advantages of the Prius Prime plugin hybrid, the ease of charging it, and the benefit of the EV rebate. Those, along with other advanced features and an informative test drive led me to decide this was the best choice. I thought David was open and honest, got me the best deal I could have found, and he has a great positive attitude. David took the time to explain the financing options and was respectful, helpful, and treated me like a person and not just a customer. Come to financing, Kass Arriaga was just as thoughtful, respectful and helpful. As with David, she explained options perfectly and was helpful, honest and patient in letting me choose the right ones for me. David was prompt and prepared and shared my joy in the delivery process, delivering a clean, ready vehicle, with a nice short intro, and made my day! My only comment in the whole process would be that I could have used a bit more info initially to get me started on charging and a couple of features since that was all new to me, having come from a 2005 Toyota Camry LE (which served me well for 270k+ miles!). But I was able to work it out with the very well written manual set. Nice quick start guide and well done full detail manual. This Prius Prime has proven to be a great choice - economical, enjoyable, and a joy to drive. Even when I returned this week with a very minor request/inquiry, he took it to heart and was very kind to oblige me. Thanks, David, Kass and AutoNation Toyota! More
