BUYERS BEWARE!!!I purchased a Mercedes GLS for $46000 BUYERS BEWARE!!! I purchased a Mercedes GLS for $46000 on July 29 but needed to have a couple of things to fix, like windshield, torn tire, muffler tip. It took more than 2 weeks to deliver my Mercedes. Not everything was fixed but the salesman said it was the best they could do. So I took delivery of the Mercedes on August 14 and went home, thinking that if I didn't like the vehicle I had 5 days 250 miles money-back guarantee. After a couple of days, I was not happy with the vehicle so I decided to return the vehicle and get my money back. I went back on August 17 to return the vehicle. When I went to Autonation I was told that I couldn't return the Mercedes because the 5 day is from purchase, not the delivery. I asked the salesperson and the manager why nobody told me the clock started the moment I paid $46000 for the Mercedes, all they could say was you signed it, and I said I didn't have possession of it how could I return it in 5 days when you were fixing it! I was taught a very good lesson This is from their own website. The 5-Day, 250 Mile return policy applies to all Used Vehicles. The time and mileage will start when the vehicle is delivered to the customer in-state or out of state. More

After working with a salesperson for 2+ hours and driving multiple cars, we selected one for the price on the sticker. I am selling my Honda CRV on Craigslist and get a call from Andrew of AN offering to buy my vehicle. We discuss details on the phone and even agree that $16,000 would be an appropriate sales price for their purchase I pleaded with Andrew to please not low-ball me if I came in. He assured me that would not happen. I set an appointment to have my car inspected, which revealed it was pristine. And then they offer me $13,500. What a disingenuous waste of time. If not with honesty and transparency, how else can one do business... AutoNation Arapahoe and Andrew, you can do better than that. More

AJ was busy ma AJ was our sales rep and sold us a car with one key. Put down $15,000 and financed $15,000. Never mentioned the car came with one key. AJ was busy making multiple sales while we waited 4 hours for paperwork and to meet with a finance manager. Our sales rep was too busy that day and the customer service we received buying a new car was lacking. A new key could have been made during the time we waited to meet with the finance manager and to finish up paperwork. We live 3 hours away in the mountains and now have to drive back down to Denver and pay $375.00 for another key to be made. Only by appointment but they are so backed up in the service departments. Very frustrated we bought a $30.000 car with one key and not to mention xxxxty tires that need to be replaced. We will not be back to this location for another car in the future. More
This was my first time buying a car and it made me never want to have to again. The first night we came in, we were assisted by a salesman who clearly did not care one way or another whether I bought the ca want to have to again. The first night we came in, we were assisted by a salesman who clearly did not care one way or another whether I bought the car I came in to look at. It would have been a very easy sale if he had any kind of customer service skills. We left that night and only came back a few days later because after going to 7 other dealerships, this shop had the best deal on the car I wanted. The new salesman I worked with was better but he pretty much abandoned helping us as soon as the car was purchased. The car was sold to me with a flat tire (which we pointed out) and we were assured it was fixed when we drove away. For 2 weeks since I bought the car I have tried to get this tire replaced. Every time I come in to the service department, they act like they have never seen me before even though I have come in repeatedly. The tire is still not fixed and has to be filled on a daily basis due to the leak they cannot seem to find. Not to mention, it always takes them 15 minutes to find my keys every time I come to pick up my car. There is no communication and this is the most mismanaged facility I have ever been to. The only reason I even give this one star is because Stephan in finance has been more than helpful about everything he possibly can. If only he could sell and service cars too. I have already been ignored by the manager of this facility several times and will do everything in my power to go to a different Autonation from here on out. More
Not impressed. Poor communication through out my visit- I had to actively seek out answers and timelines - if I would not have I am pretty sure I’d still be sitting there waiting . Definitely not meeting my had to actively seek out answers and timelines - if I would not have I am pretty sure I’d still be sitting there waiting . Definitely not meeting my expectations. More
Just okay experience I'd say 3.5 stars. This review is from our sales experience with this dealership. I'll update the review if I go there for service. Recently purchased I'd say 3.5 stars. This review is from our sales experience with this dealership. I'll update the review if I go there for service. Recently purchased a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. Worked with more than 1 sales person, David, Kharen, and the salesperson we had met a few months ago Tyler was who we worked with in the finance office. David was especially friendly. My biggest feedback to all of them, is that they could improve their knowledge about the specifics of the product they sell. Looking up specs sheets and what has changed from 2019 to 2020 in terms of the packages doesn't take so much time. They could also follow up to email responses and send emails they promise to send. Must just be busy. One thing in particular bothered me. In the finance office I was also told about chaging oil every 10k, but that the first service at 5000 is an oil change. I rebuked them saying well my recent highlander didn't need an oil change until 10k, but they said that this is what the manufacturer recommends and the other Toyota dealer was wrong. Well I go home and look in the manual and maintenance record book that came with the new car and he's wrong. The first oil change IS at 10k per THE MANUFACTURER. I sometimes felt they weren't genuine either. Like saying "we'll ONLY give this to you, we don't EVER do this for other buyers" Uhhh, yea right. Make us feel special, but don't give us a deal because they can't. They could just sell to someone else the next day. Well I could also just go to another dealer. Typical stuff you get when dealing with most dealerships nowadays it seems. Positives include staff professionalism and responsiveness. Also and much better selection than other toyota dealers in the Denver area. Would still highly recommend people do their research. More
Poor Integrity | salesperson is key We had spent about a week with Stevinson West Toyota negotiating on a new Highlander. We were at a good price but were not happy with the interior. We had spent about a week with Stevinson West Toyota negotiating on a new Highlander. We were at a good price but were not happy with the interior. I found the exact same car at AutoNation Toyota, with the interior we wanted. I called and spoke with a sales agent and told them we had a written offer from Stevinson but wanted to look at the Highlander they had at AutoNation. However we wouldn't make the trip to AutoNation unless they agreed to match the price from Stevinson. They agent on the phone told me they would match another Toyota's written prince. So we made an appointment and Faheem (sales agent), however when we arrived on time we were told he was not available and ended up with a young, uninformed salesman. After test driving the vehicle, they took a look at the offer we had from Stevinson and said there was no way for them to match this offer. I asked to speak to the manager, unavailable. I asked to speak with Faheem ... also unavailable. So we left ... this after 2 hours at the dealership. But before driving off we wanted to have one last conversation with someone to express our utter unhappiness. So we went back in and asked the receptionist to see Faheem. She called him and said he would be right up. But he didn't come. She kept saying he was on his way, but after 20 minutes my wife lost it and told the receptionist to tell him this was the worst customer service ever. However while she was expressing her frustrations, another salesman named Ciprian saw us and came over offering to help. He said he didn't like to see anyone unhappy and wondered what the problem was. We shared our story and he immediately took the other offer, went to the manager, and was back in less than 5 minutes confirming they would match the price. He facilitated the buy rather quickly, with a friendly smile and patience in answering our questions. While I would not arbitrarily return to this dealer, I would go if I could work with Ciprian. He saved the sale for AutoNation, got us the car we wanted, and confirmed that the sale is clearly dependent on the knowledge and empathy of the salesperson. More
