I was planning to come in 3 hours to pick up my Venza but they told me it would take just 1,5 hours They surprised my with a guick work they've done. We arrived to look at two truck from the website. I had contacted them about availability. I didn’t tell them when we were coming. It was on Memorial Day and they were very busy. We looked around the I had contacted them about availability. I didn’t tell them when we were coming. It was on Memorial Day and they were very busy. We looked around the lot for a bit, but only found one of the trucks we wanted to see. After asking inside they contacted Dave for us. The second truck was not on the lot, it was still being detailed. We test drove the first truck liked it and decided to purchase it. The purchase took a very long time, despite the fact that we were not using financing (paying cash). Everyone was nice but I just felt that it could have been faster. More
