I bought my vehicle from a dealer almost three hours away from where I live. I needed to find a local dealer and I’m happy I found AutoNation Toyota. I was able to get an appointment quickly for maintenance, from where I live. I needed to find a local dealer and I’m happy I found AutoNation Toyota. I was able to get an appointment quickly for maintenance, once there, they were able to get my vehicle finished before the 90 minutes that was quoted. The service center did a bunch of brake work on my truck. Then a couple weeks after having that done I was driving on the highway. My tire completely fell off while driving. I then had my truck towed bac Then a couple weeks after having that done I was driving on the highway. My tire completely fell off while driving. I then had my truck towed back to the service center, the manager initially said they would take care of me and make it right. Also told me the rental car would be on them. A couple days later I received a call saying they were not going to accept responsibility for anything and I would need to file an insurance claim. There has been no accountability for anything from the service center and I do not trust the work they do. More
