My partner and I just took our new 4Runner in for it's first service that was included in the ToyotaCare package. Everyone we worked with was professional and efficient. The process took about an hour and a half, which was a bit longer than I expected, but I was told that it would take that long when I arrived. When finished, we went over the inspection and talked about an issues, even minor ones and I was on my way. Overall a great experience. More
I've actually been taking my car here for years, well over a decade, and it's usually a great experience. But this time it went really bad. The tech somehow backed my car up with the door open, the door over a decade, and it's usually a great experience. But this time it went really bad. The tech somehow backed my car up with the door open, the door caught on something and it bent backwards and wouldn't close. So they said they would take it to their body shop and fix it. They got me a rental from Enterprise which was the same make and model, and that was fine. But then it took two months for them to actually get my car fixed. They decided to replace the door entirely. The communication through all of this was spotty and frustrating. I eventually got my car back, but now the new door has a lot of wind noise because the small rectangular window is loose. It's just too much of a hassle to take it back and ask them to fix it right so I drive with the added noise now. I will keep going here because mostly it's been a good experience, but this time it did not go well at all. They will have to earn back my trust I think. More
Had my Scion tC 55,000 service sone yesterday. Michael was so helpful; and kept me informed about my service. My battery was on "0". Replaced for me. Got me out in record time.
