I was told I needed new rear brakes when I actually did not. I was told the rear brakes pads were at 4mm and it was suggested they be replaced. The rear brake pads were actually at 6mm. not. High level customer service using trained, knowledgeable associates and they listen. My problem was replacing a headlight and taillight bulb.
