I visited AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe in hopes to find a new car. Unfortunately, I had to total my car on new years eve and needed to quickly find a new car in order to function in my daily life. I opted for the 4runner (yay) and pricing was no markups!!! I heard many dealers are marking up every car in the lot but this place did not. I strongly recommend it. I bought a pre-paid oil change maintenance plan when I bought my car here. Even when you make an appointment for an oil change expect to wait at least two hours which is way too long. This last time I wen bought my car here. Even when you make an appointment for an oil change expect to wait at least two hours which is way too long. This last time I went they lied right to my face too. Asked how many oil changes I had left on my plan and they said I used all of them up and my plan was over. Just yesterday I got a card in the mail saying I have 5 free oil changes to go in my plan. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! More

The car buying experience here was fine. The car listed was not ready to test drive but I had to start the 5-day waiting period 4 days before I could drive the vehicle. The sales experience was okay.
