I went to this dealership before I visited this site and wish I would have come here first so I wouldn’t have wasted my time. What a truly horrible experience. Too bad there is not an option for a "0" rat wish I would have come here first so I wouldn’t have wasted my time. What a truly horrible experience. Too bad there is not an option for a "0" rating. My wife and I stopped by on Saturday afternoon with a genuine interest in comparing Camry’s. We were greeted by John Titteringon, who we both mistook as some sort of store security based on how he was dressed. Evidently John did not appreciate the fact that we did not acknowledge "badge" logo on his polo shirt because he was incredibly rude and disrespectful to both us throughout our visit. He refused to answer direct questions about vehicles we were looking at and dodged questions about our trade. He even made incorrect assertions about our proof of insurance prior to our test drive. It is truly appalling that a dealership still operating with slimy sales tactics in this day and age. Perhaps John is relying on low car inventory and high demand for the time being, but this market won’t last. Needless to say we left before things could go any worse. Based on the consistently poor ratings on this site our experience is not unique. If John wants to sell cars, he needs to learn to treat customers courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Otherwise maybe he should go play cops and robbers. More
Beware of this den of thieves........ My elderly mother just recently had the bad luck of dealing with the service side of this dealership. After over diagnosing the issues and need repairs on her vehicle just recently had the bad luck of dealing with the service side of this dealership. After over diagnosing the issues and need repairs on her vehicle to the tune of $5000. After speaking to a more reputable shop the actual cost for proper diagnosis and repair was 10% of what this deplorable organization tried to extort from her. More
Searched for a 4Runner through Costco Auto...they were able to get us exactly what we wanted within a week, with both the Costco discount and their additional price break (we looked locally too and found able to get us exactly what we wanted within a week, with both the Costco discount and their additional price break (we looked locally too and found we’d have a wait a month and would be lucky to get $500 off MSRP). They met another dealer‘s offer on our trade-in too. Super fast, straightforward transaction and we couldn’t be happier! More

BUYERS BEWARE!!!I purchased a Mercedes GLS for $46000 BUYERS BEWARE!!! I purchased a Mercedes GLS for $46000 on July 29 but needed to have a couple of things to fix, like windshield, torn tire, muffler BUYERS BEWARE!!! I purchased a Mercedes GLS for $46000 on July 29 but needed to have a couple of things to fix, like windshield, torn tire, muffler tip. It took more than 2 weeks to deliver my Mercedes. Not everything was fixed but the salesman said it was the best they could do. So I took delivery of the Mercedes on August 14 and went home, thinking that if I didn't like the vehicle I had 5 days 250 miles money-back guarantee. After a couple of days, I was not happy with the vehicle so I decided to return the vehicle and get my money back. I went back on August 17 to return the vehicle. When I went to Autonation I was told that I couldn't return the Mercedes because the 5 day is from purchase, not the delivery. I asked the salesperson and the manager why nobody told me the clock started the moment I paid $46000 for the Mercedes, all they could say was you signed it, and I said I didn't have possession of it how could I return it in 5 days when you were fixing it! I was taught a very good lesson This is from their own website. The 5-Day, 250 Mile return policy applies to all Used Vehicles. The time and mileage will start when the vehicle is delivered to the customer in-state or out of state. More

I am selling my Honda CRV on Craigslist and get a call from Andrew of AN offering to buy my vehicle. We discuss details on the phone and even agree that $16,000 would be an appropriate sales price for their purchase I pleaded with Andrew to please not low-ball me if I came in. He assured me that would not happen. I set an appointment to have my car inspected, which revealed it was pristine. And then they offer me $13,500. What a disingenuous waste of time. If not with honesty and transparency, how else can one do business... AutoNation Arapahoe and Andrew, you can do better than that. More

AJ was busy ma AJ was our sales rep and sold us a car with one key. Put down $15,000 and financed $15,000. Never mentioned the car came with one key. AJ was busy making multiple sales while we waited 4 hours for paperwork and to meet with a finance manager. Our sales rep was too busy that day and the customer service we received buying a new car was lacking. A new key could have been made during the time we waited to meet with the finance manager and to finish up paperwork. We live 3 hours away in the mountains and now have to drive back down to Denver and pay $375.00 for another key to be made. Only by appointment but they are so backed up in the service departments. Very frustrated we bought a $30.000 car with one key and not to mention xxxxty tires that need to be replaced. We will not be back to this location for another car in the future. More
This was my first time buying a car and it made me never want to have to again. The first night we came in, we were assisted by a salesman who clearly did not care one way or another whether I bought the ca want to have to again. The first night we came in, we were assisted by a salesman who clearly did not care one way or another whether I bought the car I came in to look at. It would have been a very easy sale if he had any kind of customer service skills. We left that night and only came back a few days later because after going to 7 other dealerships, this shop had the best deal on the car I wanted. The new salesman I worked with was better but he pretty much abandoned helping us as soon as the car was purchased. The car was sold to me with a flat tire (which we pointed out) and we were assured it was fixed when we drove away. For 2 weeks since I bought the car I have tried to get this tire replaced. Every time I come in to the service department, they act like they have never seen me before even though I have come in repeatedly. The tire is still not fixed and has to be filled on a daily basis due to the leak they cannot seem to find. Not to mention, it always takes them 15 minutes to find my keys every time I come to pick up my car. There is no communication and this is the most mismanaged facility I have ever been to. The only reason I even give this one star is because Stephan in finance has been more than helpful about everything he possibly can. If only he could sell and service cars too. I have already been ignored by the manager of this facility several times and will do everything in my power to go to a different Autonation from here on out. More
