The service I received from Bill Grubb in the service department was excellent. He got me in and out after I came in with a flat tire without an appointment. I needed new tires which he found for me. I was told by the service department when I scheduled my recall appointment that the parts were in. It turns out that wasn’t the case. It’s a 90 minute round trip for me so a great waste of time. You know, the first thing I would like to say is that they have an excellent service department. They are friendly, courteous and diligent. However when it comes to their sales my first experience was p they have an excellent service department. They are friendly, courteous and diligent. However when it comes to their sales my first experience was pleasant in 2020. So I went back.I traded in that 2020, for a larger SUV. The first thing I noticed was the short changed me on the value of my trade in. And then put it on the internet for 8,000 more than they gave me. Chumps! And then they dragged their feet paying that off with my finance company. And for heaven's sakes I have no clue what they're going to do with my title work. Oh, and when I called several times asking about where the payoff was to my finance company, I got the old excuse we're short-handed there's not enough people to do the job blah blah blah blah blah. But I guess that's really what you come to expect when it comes to buying a car these days getting ripped we're short changed or put off. And don't you hate the tactic that they make you sit in the place for nine or 10 hours to where you down so you just want to sign and get the xxxx out with your new car. Maybe they will read this in their next sales meeting or managers conference, but I doubt it. But you can be sure I will be going to their service department, because those guys are professionals. The best aspect of this dealer would be the vast inventory during a market where it’s difficult to find decent options , however communication from departments of sales to finance is minimal at best inventory during a market where it’s difficult to find decent options , however communication from departments of sales to finance is minimal at best . When buying out of state & different finance agents call and email days apart without information of what other agents have already done without checking first becomes extremely stressful for a dealer of this size . And when flying 1000 miles to pick it up only to learn the salesman had to wash and prep it himself is unacceptable. More
