I mistakenly went into the dealership to get my car serviced but, it turns out that my appointment was the following week. The technician said it was no problem they would fit me in but, it would take serviced but, it turns out that my appointment was the following week. The technician said it was no problem they would fit me in but, it would take a little longer to get done. It actually only took about an hour and a half and I was so pleased with the service. This dealership Toyota nation is absolutely the best. Currently to this day I have bought three cars from that same location and couldn’t be happier with all of them. I’ve recommended this location to all my friends and family. Love love love this place More

I was greeted right away by Sergei , he took a walk around the lot with us until we found the car I had seen online . He first went over the features on the car and opened all doors and compartments an around the lot with us until we found the car I had seen online . Even when you have an appointment, it always takes a really long time. I’ve never gotten out of there in less than 2 hours. When you first get there, you have to stand around until someone decides to co really long time. I’ve never gotten out of there in less than 2 hours. When you first get there, you have to stand around until someone decides to come talk to you. I’ve gotten called at least 4 times by their employees telling me it’s time for a service appointment. When I get there, then they say it was a mistake and I don’t need any service done yet. It makes me really happy when I waste a day off. It shouldn’t take 2 1/2 hours to change oil when you have an appointment. If there was another Toyota dealership close to me, I would go there for sure. More
