Brought in my car to replace a flat tire, knowing already that it was covered under warranty since I had purchased my tires from them a few months prior. I had an appointment at 10:30 and was told my car wou that it was covered under warranty since I had purchased my tires from them a few months prior. I had an appointment at 10:30 and was told my car would be done by noon. I waited until 2:30 for them to change one tire. 4 hours for one tire. No one communicated with me why it was taking so long, I ended up being late to work, and when my car is finally done the service rep has the audacity to write “5 stars please” on my receipt. LOL More

Tyler, the service writer, was very thorough in his explanation of the issues that needing attending to and gave reasonable time frames for repair. Great experience! More
