They provide a great experience of buying a car. Fast and they communicate every step of the process. It was possible to complete the financing beforehand which made it relaxed and less stressful. I had a 7am oil change appointment. The dealership opened on time. Once in, Jason Ledbetter, my service rep was very welcoming. I got there a day early, my bad, but Trenton fit me in anyhow and did not send me home. I noted as I sat and waited that all the employees walked with a sense of purpose, you must train them not to saunter, but move with a sense of purpose. I sat a while waiting for my car so I had a good chance to observe. There was a positive attitude in the air and I thought instilled confidence in the customers.
