Took my car for service and Todd Hoevel and his trainee were my service advisors. They did a great job, no pressure to do other services. Car was ready before the promised time. Always a plus. They are always friendly, however it took over 4 hours for them to perform an oil change and replace a battery: I think they must have overbooked that day and I was fine waiting for 2 hours, per their ori for them to perform an oil change and replace a battery: I think they must have overbooked that day and I was fine waiting for 2 hours, per their original estimate, but it ended up taking four.
