I wanted to give them 5 stars but they claimed something they did but they didn't actually do. They ticked off 35psi as pressure for all 4 tires in their checklist when in fact the 4th tire was only at 32 a they did but they didn't actually do. They also put a value for the spare tire pressure but they didn't actually open the trunk. My personal stuff in the trunk were in the exact same position I put them in before I drove to the dealership. More

I was totally freaked out after seeing the “low brake pressure” warning on my Highlander, as this is the vehicle I use to transport my grandkids, so safety is paramount.
