Beware! From start to finish I had a horrible experience. The customer service over the phone when I inquired about the vehicle was less than stellar. I went From start to finish I had a horrible experience. The customer service over the phone when I inquired about the vehicle was less than stellar. I went to look at the vehicle and decided to purchase it. The paperwork process was very hurried. When I reached out to the finance department the following day I left a voicemail that a month later has not been responded to. I contacted the sales person I worked with several times by phone and email over the last 4 weeks to request a cancellation of the warranty I was sold. It wasn’t until I said I’d contacting the BBB that the sales person rudely responded. He took a picture with his cell phone of a document to cancel the warranty. Not a document to e-sign or a fax. This is almost 2 weeks ago and I have still not heard a word about this issue. I would never do business here again. I will be reaching out to the BBB as well as the Attorney General’s Office because I don’t want this to happen to someone else. Don’t tell me I can cancel a warranty anytime I want them completely ignore me. More

I appreciated the dealership having a shuttle take me home and pick me up when my 2021 RAV4 Prime had received its free 20000 mile service and had its HEV CPU reprogramed due to a safety recall which too home and pick me up when my 2021 RAV4 Prime had received its free 20000 mile service and had its HEV CPU reprogramed due to a safety recall which took about 4.5 hours to complete. My only complaint was that the Toyota Connect app on my iPhone quit working until I deleted and reinstalled it which required my phoning Toyota Direct for instructions. More
