I had a terrible experience—they sold me a refurbished car disguised as new, without informing me. The salesman, who called himself Hunter, gained my trust by flattering me and my dad. He then had me sign car disguised as new, without informing me. The salesman, who called himself Hunter, gained my trust by flattering me and my dad. He then had me sign multiple documents over and over until I lost patience to review them thoroughly. I ended up with a $37K car that cost me $53K, loaded with unnecessary insurances. When I received my paperwork from the financial institution where I got my loan, they explained the situation, and it turned out I didn’t even have documents showing how much I truly owed them. As for the car, the dashboard is fading every day and doesn’t look new at all. I complained to Toyota using the number that Autonation gave me, but they said the dashboard wasn’t covered and basically told me to deal with it. Toyota, through Autonation, has been nothing but a scam. If you still can, stay away from them—go buy a Tesla instead. More

Spoke with Nicole Ocasio-Rodriquez about recommended service on my daughter’s vehicle that sits a lot since she now works from home. Brought the vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Turns out service on my daughter’s vehicle that sits a lot since she now works from home. Brought the vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Turns out, the extended service warranty had just expired but had only been used one time. Nicole upgraded me to the 30K mile service and didn’t charge me. Wow. She really looked out for the customer’s best interest. She was awesome!!! More
