I have had a very bad experience with AutoNation Subaru West, but this is not one of them. They handled a problem that was caused by a my insurance company when they sent someone to start up my car in the West, but this is not one of them. They handled a problem that was caused by a my insurance company when they sent someone to start up my car in the garage. It started up right away and we drove it for a few miles, charging up the battery. Then it suddenly died on a major street. They put on the jumper cable backwards and fried a fuse that caused the car to die. The dealership had nothing to do with this and they replaced the fuse and charged the battery for NO CHARGE. So, I have a newfound trust in them to handle some issues. More
I made an appointment several weeks out. I received at least 7 emails reminding me of the appointment. When I arrived for the service I was welcomed. I explained what needed to be done. They said they would take care of the problem and called for a Uber ride service. I left the car and they did a nice job of repairing the problem. It was a good experience. More
Warm greeting and prompt friendly service by several sales people. Michael was very friendly and available by phone. We got lucky that a car we were interested in was available at another dealer and de sales people. Michael was very friendly and available by phone. There was a mix up in the bill as we had said and written in first agreement that we declined trade in of old car and windshield insurance. Both of those were on the bill when we arrived to pick it up. It took several trips between the salesman and the powers above to straighten this out, as we waited. Salesman told us we could pay by cash/check. We came with check, but were told we could only pay 49% by check. Our credit card limit did not allow us to pay remaining amount. 'Dealer' said we could return with balance the next day (never spoke with person making these final decisions). This took a lot of time. If we had known, we would have brought a cashier's check and saved a lot of hassle in communication with banks and wire transfers. But it all worked out. The CFS Mgr was somewhat curt and dismissive, but 'on task'. Tim, the tech trainer was great. Very much needed and appreciated. So far, we are very happy with the car. More

With limited cars in stock everywhere, it was great to get a phone call from our sales guy saying 2 cars were available. The one we were dealing with was OOO that day so he arranged us to meet with someone else and they were able to get the test drive arranged and start the sales process. Rest of process went smooth without alot of pressured upselling of options. More

This team is always gracious, pleasantly greet you when you arrive, and go over any service needs with. Awesome staff and manager Scott “GUS” Johnson was so wonderful and is the reason we always come back you arrive, and go over any service needs with.
