I love my new Subaru, but the buying process was extremely difficult. My salesperson was not knowledgeable about the product and would argue with me when I challenged his information with their own extremely difficult. My salesperson was not knowledgeable about the product and would argue with me when I challenged his information with their own pamphlets. It got to a point that I refused to work with the salesman and was then dealing solely with the manager. This manager wasn’t the most polite or respectful of the situation with the salesman and had a ‘do you want it or not’ attitude. Their team was not service or quality driven and NEVER volunteered information even when directly asked. Overall, I would not recommend working with this team, as they were unhelpful, not knowledgeable, and would not answer specific questions without further pushing or threatening to walk away from the deal. Love the car, but the buying experience was terrible! More

Love the dealership, service dept but not keen on the finance departments non response to phone inquiries. I’ve called at least ten times to ask a very basic question about purchasing a simple oil chan finance departments non response to phone inquiries. I’ve called at least ten times to ask a very basic question about purchasing a simple oil change service agreement since the purchase of my Crosstrek in April 2021. After paying full price for an oil change and tire rotation I hunted down the finance office personally (with no appointment) and FINALLY found someone to help me with my request. BTW, What ever happened to the free lifetime oil changes you used to offer, anyway? Thx for listening. Please do something about your finance staff’s lack of phone call response protocol.
