Kyle was extremely polite when picking up my car...which didn't get fixed at its scheduled repair. The call center didn't gather enough information for the dealership to order necessary parts. My Subaru, mechanically is s wonderful. But, technically it is awful. I have taken my car to your dealership for at least a 7 or 8 times for the same complaints, but you have not been able to fix it. But, I think that this will be my last Subaru and if it is not fixed this time I will go to another dealership and repot this to Subaru of America.
