Worst car buying experience. .. My new crosstrek had a scratch in the driver door window when I picked it up, so I had to get that replaced. I had made an appt with the glass guy .. My new crosstrek had a scratch in the driver door window when I picked it up, so I had to get that replaced. I had made an appt with the glass guy but we had to reschedule because they didn't send an OEM glass. Also, my windshield has defects, small pin like defects in the window, which can only be seen through certain lighting and it isn't easy to see it, if you are not driving the vehicle. I noticed this on the drive home, the first day I picked up vehicle, but at the time I just thought it was dirty from all the spraying they were doing when they were trying to get the scratch out of the driver door window. I had talked/emailed with wes guthrie and explained how I wasn't happy with these two defects on my new vehicle and told him I wanted some kind of credit, and we agreed on several hundreds of dollars in accessories for my vehicle, along with having to schedule a time so they can check out my windshield because they didn't trust their own glass replacement guy who saw what I was talking about, after we drove my vehicle to a place where the lighting was just right, to see defects. I have emailed wes many times but he hasn't made an effort to hold up to his end and when I asked for the general manager of the dealership, he assured me he would take care of me and told me to send him the accessories I want, but I never heard back, even after many emails with him. We agreed that I would take my vehicle in, once I got the windows tinted so I can have the windshield cleaned good, to make sure I wasn't just seeing defects. The defects are there, and I am really disgusted with this whole experience with autonation. I don't even want to deal with them, I just want 500 dollars for my windshield and I will get it replaced when the time is right. A new vehicle should never had these kinds of problems, and the worst part is having to deal with people who don't hold up their end of the agreement. More
The service technicians are always so friendly! ! And the automotive technicians always do a fantastic job. I have been a customer for over a decade now and while no one likes spending money, it is ! It’s not nearly as bad an experience when you have the knowledge and kindness of these folks here. They always take time to explain what’s going on and answer my questions (no matter how mundane they seem). More

I had a cap on what I could spend monthly and Jillian found a lender who met my goal to the DOLLAR with the same interest rate. I scheduled an appointment for my oil change with the service department for 8:30. The wait time was over 2.5 hours🤪 The service manager said the wait time was unacceptable and said my oil change was service department for 8:30.
