On top of that, Owen was incredibly helpful in working with me to get the best deal on my new 2025 Subaru Forester. They didn’t have the exact color I was wanting and went the extra mile to get what I was looking for to the dealership overnight. Jacob from the finance team was very helpful in explaining all of the different warranties and add-ons available to me all while not being overly pushy like many other dealerships are. After taking delivery of my car, I noticed some scratches on the roof the next morning (likely from shipping). Yet again they went above and beyond and got me in that week to take a look and got it resolved for me quickly. They certainly didn’t have to do this, but it says a lot that they did and I really appreciated it! Very glad I decided to go to Subaru West for my new car buying experience and strongly recommend them if you’re in the market for a new car! While I hope my new Forester will last me many years, I fully intend to return here for my next new Subaru. More
