Customer service manager Jennifer was awesome! I had planned to stay while my car was being serviced but somehow the reservation said I was dropping the car off. I did not have time to wait 2 1/2 I had planned to stay while my car was being serviced but somehow the reservation said I was dropping the car off. I did not have time to wait 2 1/2 hours and Jennifer was able to get me a loaner car and also straightened out some other things with my account. She is a rockstar! More
