The day before I was leaving for a trip, I suddenly had problems with my keyless entry not locking and the alarm going off each time I opened my car door. I drove to the dealership about an hour or so befo problems with my keyless entry not locking and the alarm going off each time I opened my car door. I drove to the dealership about an hour or so before their service center closed. I did not have an appointment. However, the service person who helped me saw how panicked I was and made sure my car was seen. She then gave me her AutoNation email as a contact in case I had any further issues. I have had three Subarus from this dealership since 2001. It has always met my service needs above and beyond expectations. I would not purchase a car anywhere else and have sent many friends to AutoNation Subaru West fo their vehicles! More

The sales person, Ryan was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive and definitely responded to my needs and got me the vehicle I was looking for, much quicker than I anticipated. Unfortunately the finance manager, Tyler, was the opposite. He didn't like the way my bank handled the financing, was rude and snippy when I declined all his warranty extra's. The best was when he said he could do better than my bank with financing, even though I gave them the choice before and they were 2% higher than my bank. What was the most insulting is saying that my credit score in the mid 700's was low and that is why they were giving me such high rates. My rating would have been 5 stars if I didn't have to deal with Tyler. More
