It took 2 1/2 hours for my annual service which was 2 weeks after I stopped in the dealership as the service phone wasn’t working. I had tried another number for service and was told it would be 5 weeks weeks after I stopped in the dealership as the service phone wasn’t working. Appointment was set for an oil change. Took almost 3 hours. Found a light bulb needed to be replaced. Quoted us the cost and then doubled it after the fact. So service was disappointing. AutoNation Subaru West Service and Parts looked after our Subaru keeping it running well for many years, seeing us through a bad hailstorm and many winters. Our daughter was in a nasty crash on I-25 - thankfully the Subaru Forrester kept her safe and protected - the air bag deployed possibly saving her life, and untold injuries. A sombre visit to the salvage yard was a sad sight of many cars that fared far worse in accidents. We didn’t hesitate to call Subaru West. Again they took good care of us. I had spoken to Allen in Sales previously and he immediately helped us find an excellent used Subaru Forrester as a replacement. We are sincerely grateful to Allen and also John in Sales who helped us in a crisis, and Bregan in Finance who worked with our previous warranty company. We are very happy with the car. Had no idea I was driving into a construction zone. Had to ask about where to go. Pulled into an area but didn't know if I was in the right place. Had to ask someone walking by. Your waiting area used to be a bit more quiet than it is now. I hope employees and cutomers don't mind waiting until sometime in 2023 to get back to their 'home' turf. I asked to speak to the gentleman who does appraisals for damage. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I worked with him earlier this year and he's a 'keeper'. More
