From start to finish my experience with AutoNation Subaru West was excellent. Don W. was extremely helpful and ordered the exact Crosstrek that I wanted and kept me well informed concerning delivery. Went in for an oil change and multi-point inspection, and the mechanic noticed that my battery terminals had some corrosion, so recommended a quick steam clean. Setting appointment was difficult and agent wanted to delay for 3 months. Had to speak with service manager to get appointment. Unacceptable.
