Communication with the service department was less than ideal. I found myself calling numerous times whether it was calling for an email with the list of issues with my car to finding out when service woul ideal. Further, the time estimate of when I was going to get my car was less than ideal. I gave the service department extra time to complete my car as I was going to be out of town and was told that they needed a few extra days due to lack of mechanics. Again, I wish this was communicated ahead of time so that I could plan accordingly as I was a week without my vehicle. More

Shannon was great, direct, honest, and listened to what I wanted. I had to have them take a second look at the financing numbers to get them right, but otherwise it was easy to get my car.
