Called GM during regular business hours. No answer, but left message stating interest in hearing what he had to say or could offer. Again, no response. Learned from his VM greeting that I had previously reported the problems I had (in response to his email fishing for compliments). No response there either. This is what you get from AutoNation. All about self-promo, nothing for the consumer.
