I have taken my 2012 Outback in for service several times in the past 2 years. AutoNation Subaru West Customer Service Team is very professional. I often bring in my own after-market parts for them to use. in the past 2 years. AutoNation Subaru West Customer Service Team is very professional. I often bring in my own after-market parts for them to use. This includes motor oil, oil filter, headlight assemblies, radiator, and thermostat. The car feels brand new at 166K miles! I needed struts and had an appointment and Jon put the struts aside and when I arrived, turned out that someone else used the struts that had been set aside for my Outback. I recently moved to Colorado and needed a new car. I bought a pre-owned Forester from Subaru West. Have been satisfied with the car.
