The service personnel does an excellent explaining everything and staying in contact. My biggest gripe is with the personnel who take and deliver the car from the service garage, They leave the seat a everything and staying in contact. It is very frustrating because I have to find a trash bin for the seat protector and take time to adjust my seat!! Also, I had a slight cigarette smell in my car this time! More

Had a mysterious problem with our new Outback turning off the Eyesight system intermittently. The technician had to spend several hours working through a diagnostic procedure. The service advisor loaned us a the Eyesight system intermittently. The technician had to spend several hours working through a diagnostic procedure.
