The sales team Lied to me multiple times in the 45 minutes I was there. When I called them on their lies they got pissy and hostile with me. A few of the lies I was told were; that my credit rating wa minutes I was there. When I called them on their lies they got pissy and hostile with me. A few of the lies I was told were; that my credit rating was 40 points lower than what it really was. They tried to use that to up a Loan interest for their profit. The reason I wanted a dealer loan was that Subaru was offering 1.9% apr for 60 months. The sales person "Eric" told me over and over that "no, Subaru was not offering 1.9% for 60 only 2.9% for 60". He guaranteed me that this was the case, until I called 4 other dealers. He then changed his tone and offered me 1.9% for 60 months. They also tried to cheat me on my trade in. Like I said before, when his tactics were not working he got very pissy (childish) and hostile. I ended up at Groove Subaru where the experience was much better, they did not lie to me once. More
I have not experienced such satisfaction from buying a car in my life. great rates and prices and an expedient process. I spent less than 2 hours from the time I walked in to the time I drove away. This dealerships first scammed me out out of $500 (windshield protection and theft insurance), then they held my check for a month (trying to get a deal with one of their own banks I believe), then t (windshield protection and theft insurance), then they held my check for a month (trying to get a deal with one of their own banks I believe), then they sent the paperwork to the wrong address, then they did not endorse the check so it could not be cashed with my bank. Then my loan expired and I could not get another one. Now I am returning the car (driving from Aspen to Denver) and they are refusing to refund me any of my down payment, though I did nothing wrong. The WORST dealership ever. More

Talked to Dan, a "30+ year Subaru sales veteran" about a 2011 WRX Premium. Dan said there were several WRXs on the lot to test drive, but when I showed up, Dan wasn't around and neither was the fabled WRX. 2011 WRX Premium. Dan said there were several WRXs on the lot to test drive, but when I showed up, Dan wasn't around and neither was the fabled WRX. Wes, the "regional Subaru sales leader" tried to strong-arm me into buying the base WRX sitting in their showroom (the one they won't let you drive) or putting a down payment into a WRX Premium sight-unseen. I told them to shove it, and I left. I was ready to buy; all I wanted was a little honesty. I suggest avoiding this place. More
Awesome dealership. They came recommended by a friend (I'm from out of state) and I was blown away with the service I was given. Very friendly and they even plugged my tire for FREE after I had alrea (I'm from out of state) and I was blown away with the service I was given. They said it would take about an hour to complete everything and it was done in 45 minutes! Talked with a senior salesperson while there (Allen?) and I caught a great vibe about him, the dealership, and how they operate. A+++ More
We bought our first subaru about 7 months ago and were very satisfied with the service during our sales process. Last night we had to have our car towed to the dealer as the transmission started to have very satisfied with the service during our sales process. Last night we had to have our car towed to the dealer as the transmission started to have major problems (at only 48,0000 mi). We received the cold shoulder upon dropping our car at the dealer for service. Finally the towing company had to give us a ride home as we do not live near family or friends. This morning we called at the time service was supposed to be open, and two hours later they still "are not answering". The receptionist at the dealer is rude and unhelpful. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service when we need it the most. Every time I call for service appointments or questions they have been helpful, but when you actually need to use the overpriced warranty, the dealer is rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this dealer. They are great at selling the car, but terrible at providing service after the sale. DON'T BE FOOLED! More
Pulled a Bait and switch with Cars.com. Advertised a Legacy Sedan as an Outback. I called on the unbelievable price. They confirmed and told me to come down. I left work early and they brought me out to Legacy Sedan as an Outback. I called on the unbelievable price. They confirmed and told me to come down.
