bought the car from this dealership. had my car serviced and tires rotate at this dealership. at 27,000 miles I noticed, not the service department, that my tires were wearing a lot more on the inside of t and tires rotate at this dealership. at 27,000 miles I noticed, not the service department, that my tires were wearing a lot more on the inside of the tire. It appeared to be an alignment problem. I was told by the service manager that they could sell me new tires and then I got one free alignment with my car warranty. Also that the pot holes in the roads were bad and that may have been the cause of the misalignment. Nothing about them not noticing it when the tires were rotated. Will go here for maintenance until warranty is gone then I am gone. More

I received a recall notice. It said the recall service should take about a half hour. I requested an afternoon appointment and was told I needed to leave it for a full day. I brought it in at 9:30am and should take about a half hour. I requested an afternoon appointment and was told I needed to leave it for a full day.
