October, 2025. Purchased a previously viewed online 2017 Tiguan. I met with Sales, Seungjun (Brian) Lee, after arriving unannounced, who was helpful and informative Purchased a previously viewed online 2017 Tiguan. I met with Sales, Seungjun (Brian) Lee, after arriving unannounced, who was helpful and informative. He and his manager handled negotiations professionally and agreed to order a tow cover that was missing from the vehicle. Later, the tow cover was received and painted to match the exact vehicle color as promised. Overall, I am very pleased with my Tiguan, this experience, and would highly recommend this dealership! Never went brand new in my life. I was looking for a good,low miles, used car, and my sales associate helped pick a couple i really liked. I just couldn't pull the trigger because I'm nervous to spend that kind of money and trust a carfax report. So he let me sleep on it. Even gave me a ride to my hotel! The next day, I came in thinking I was going to wait a while longer and look around more. But I did ask about a lease option based on family convincing. He was still very patient with me and walked me through everything. I found the lease option was the best for me right now and will look into purchasing the car in three years with a carfax report I trust. I had a very good experience with Mr David Poole. I now have a car I love that suits me and my lifestyle. I still need to go back and have someone walk me through all the tech and new options that come with it. And will very soon. Hope to have a coffee and talk with David again too. Looking forward to the future. Thanks. More

These folks have always been pleasant, friendly and helpful and patient with older folks. Was kind of surprised that we had a $100. deductible on our platinum warranty - that was something that nobody helpful and patient with older folks. Was kind of surprised that we had a $100. deductible on our platinum warranty - that was something that nobody told us about in advance and I kind of wish they would have. Very much appreciate the Lyft to/from the dealership - very convenient. One thing and I kind of hate to say this but the one let down when we bought the car back in 2021 was the fella who showed us the configuration of the car. We returned to the dealership a day or two after buying the car and he helped us with the dashboard configuration. We felt rushed and didn’t really get a clear understanding of the things he was supposed to show us. Life is busy for us (no time to read the car manual and not a car person) and a little less rush and a little more time would have been helpful. Overall - professional, patient, and nice folks. More
