This dealership is horrible. The service center gave me my car back without fixing my problem the first time. I had to waste my time to take it back to them when they should have fixed it the first time. I was the one who showed them it was not fixed like they said it was before I left their lot. Then they cant even call me on my land line. More

My son dropped his car off there November 14th. He has had to call them every day to find out the status of the repair work. He gets told every time he calls that someone will call him back and the He has had to call them every day to find out the status of the repair work. An inspection is required from a third party for extended warranty coverage and Subaru has rescheduled the inspector 4 times. My son has requested a call back from the GM…. No call. Guess that’s where their service department learns how to treat customers. My son has reached out to Autonation HQ, Customer Experience, and hope to hear back from them soon. 28 days…. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!!! More

Cannot say enough about how professional and customer oriented the service staff was. Quickly reviewed what type of service and any additional concerns and seems before I could even get through my email oriented the service staff was.
