He kept me informed, took my concerns seriously, and made sure the necessary steps were taken to properly diagnose the problem rather than simply guessing at the cause. The dealership ultimately identified the timing issue, made the necessary repairs using Subaru components, and thoroughly tested the vehicle. After everything they've done, my WRX is finally running strong and driving normally again.
