Poor after sales communication. Multiple calls. Most cases had no answer; did not call back; did not respond to questions; can not find license plates; wanted us to drive 2+ hrs. More

Still won’t call. All action has to be initiated by complainant. Appears they don’t want to be bothered. No response made to multiple emails directed to dealership regards keys, vehicle additives, etc. Left message for licensing and finance person (LG) to call but never did. Long call with 30+ year employee did not have any results.
