I had an issue that was dismissed by the staff with an answer everything is okay. But the same thing happened again and I didn't know why. I reached out to my sales person. He took the time to find the answer. And then to give me the answer. He didn't just blow me off saying everything is okay. An answer that I understood regarding the issue I had. He is the only reason I would ever return to this location for another purchase. As for the service department, I will finish out my contract and be going to Hopkins Automotive, a place that cares and takes the time to work with the client. And to explain any issues or concerns.
