Oil change and 30K treatment went well. I've had my car in twice because of rattle, vibration in the top consul of my car. Your service desk sent to to the body shop and they told me to go back to the dealer since it's under warranty. I've called and left a message to see when I can get this fixed and have not reci'd a reply. More

pleasant, oil change was completed in good time. Technician did not secure oil pan cover, and resulted in loud thumps while driving. Had to return immediately.
