Salesman, Brandon Michael, was excellent. Computer system for doing my deal was not good at all. It took hours to get my deal completed. Sitting in a car dealership is not fun. While the customer service was exceptional, I did have a couple of bad experiences with my first service visit there. I had purchased my 2016 Legacy from a friend and needed help transferring the informati couple of bad experiences with my first service visit there. I had purchased my 2016 Legacy from a friend and needed help transferring the information from her name into mine as I was unable to do it on my own and wanted to make sure I got the emails on when to service my vehicle, etc. The service agent was having a difficult time transferring the information as well but assured me by the end of the day I would have an email. I didn’t. In fact, it took me 4 phone calls, leaving messages for the service agent, before I was actually able to get through to her to make it happen but it did get resolved. The other issue was, when I got home I could not roll down my passenger window using my driver controls. I called and left a message and received a return phone call by someone stating since I had bought a new battery, this should have been reset for me. She apologized for the inconvience and walked me through how to reset it myself and said she would talk to the service manager to remind the technicians to reset the door locks when changing the battery. Small issues but a little frustrating none the less. I appreciate getting them resolved though. More
