Overall it was a good experience with the Sales person - Tyler. He knew product knowledge and was patient with questions on the different categories of Subaru's. However when it came down to signing all of the documents with Jackson in Finance it felt very rushed and was unclear with the warranty part of the process. He was really scrolling quickly through all of the warranties. I stopped him and said hold on a second let me look at this. I asked him if the warranties were included in the price. He said yes. Then when I signed the total that was due it was a suprise to me. The initial document I signed was $22,358.14. Total after it was all said and done was $28,804.40. I asked for a copy to be emailed to me after I signed it and never received it. I took a picture on my phone. I'm unsure of what all of the warranties I did purchase now, and need to find the documents so I can be educated on them. I do still need assistance with that. More
