I recently ordered and purchased a 2022 WRX premium in black. The salesman that helped me through the process was amazing Ken Mobley! Came in for oil change. Plug was not sealed properly. Oil leaked. Such frustration.. called service dept several times. Never answered the phone. All automated. Finally afte Plug was not sealed properly. Oil leaked. Such frustration.. called service dept several times. Never answered the phone. All automated. Finally after 4 th call. Someone answered the phone. By then…we were so frustrated after all day long. Got the car in the next morning. .they replaced the plug. Hopefully there is not damage to our car. The service dept is what we liked about auto nation. Not so sure now. And for gods sake. Take care of your loyal customers. Answer the xxxx phone! More
