AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley

I was very pleased with my overall experience buying a Costco car from AutoNation., With one possible caveat. I wanted a pearl or ivory white Subaru outback tourism XT but was told there were none availa Costco car from AutoNation., With one possible caveat. I wanted a pearl or ivory white Subaru outback tourism XT but was told there were none available on the lot and that one might be coming in December, but not for certain, And that there were no guarantees it would have all the options I wanted on it. So I went in ahead and bought a dark blue model, which I really like, except that it shows dirt much more than the white one I had Wanted, yet there were many white ones parked on the lot. So I suspected that I was sold a car that the dealership wanted to get rid of for one reason or another. Other than that the overall experience was very pleasant with no high-pressure sales tactics. Stephen Busby, my sales rep, was excellent, and he even delivered my Dodge truck to Sandpoint At no charge so that I could pick it up and take it home from there, which saved me at least four hours of driving and having to get a friend go with me to bring my dodge back so that I could take delivery of my Subaru. Always look after their customers and go above and beyond! I needed to send mu new car in for a small fix and didn't realize that I'd need a loaner, but they (Tyler Burch) had already planned one for beyond!
