Made an appointment to replace tire. Person who I spoke with made a mistake and tire was not in stock. Joe made everything work perfectly with a loaner car. I looked and they offered to help. Ty (salesman) was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and perhaps -most important to me- he made clear he was there to serve.
