Avoid this place like the plague. The sales staff are pleasant and professional, but the Finance Department staff were pushy, ill mannered, unprofessional, and generally impossible to The sales staff are pleasant and professional, but the Finance Department staff were pushy, ill mannered, unprofessional, and generally impossible to deal with. The only thing I can compare them to are police trying to get an innocent person to confess to a crime. "Hard Sell" doesn't begin to describe the attitude of the closer. Attempting to make you buy additional warranties for your brand new car, the closer basically said "This car is going to fall apart, and you'd better get this extra coverage so that you won't be paying out of pocket for repairs." They refuse to take no for an answer, and become belligerent nasty if you dare to try to decline. More
