Lance and the team made this process so easy and fun! I hadn’t purchased a new car car in a long time but the team at AutoNation Subaru was fantastic! My sales person Lance was super informative and help I hadn’t purchased a new car car in a long time but the team at AutoNation Subaru was fantastic! My sales person Lance was super informative and helpful, the new car manager Jay was really nice too! The entire team that I encountered was pleasant and there was never any pressure, just information and resources. I had a great buying experience with AutoNation Subaru. I purchased a 2022 Impreza and I love it! My salesperson Don was wonderful. He was patient, kind and funny! The service was exceptional-- I was there for a standard service with a 1:00 p.m. appointment. They greeted us at the door at 12:45 (we arrived early) said it would take 1hr 15 minutes, had a comfortable ar service with a 1:00 p.m. appointment.
