Reliable. Honest. Does not recommend services not needed (unlike other mechanics). Estimate of wait time was given and they were on time. Waiting room is clean Honest. There are light refreshments if needed, though I wish there is instructions on how to operate the coffee machine. There were two of us customers who tried to get cofee and could not operate the machine (too modern). I ended up with water and she with tea. More
