Thanks to Ben and to his General Sales Manager, Kevin Madeo, we had the very best experience ever in purchasing a new automobile -- and we have been married for 36 years. We asked for a written printout showing the actual cost to the dealership of the vehicle itself and of the options in which we were interested. Messrs.
