I have never had any difficulty with the Service Department. Charles Francis the service rep is excellent and one of the reasons I keep coming back. He makes sure my car is being serviced properly and keeps me informed on the progress. My only detraction this visit was the extra money added for using a credit card. It was a shock when you already have over $800 dollars of service cost.
