Have done business here for over 6 years. Like the people and service received, however communicating with service has been at best a failure for the past 4-5 months. Calls not returned, put on hold, people and service received, however communicating with service has been at best a failure for the past 4-5 months. Calls not returned, put on hold, no one picks up. When asked why, I get reasonable reasons, but it has not been as good a relationship as the first 5 years. More
